Our Relay and 10K Races for 2009 now have official UKA Licences

The team relay is scheduled to take place in May and 22 teams have already entered. We would like 20 volunteers to help marshall the course on the night. If you can help out please contact Steve at one of the next Wednesday club nights.
Coaching session on Thursday

There will be a coaching session on Thursday. We will focus on hill work. The aim is to build stamina in preparation for the London marathon. Meet at the club at 6:45pm for 7pm start.
2008-09 x-country season finale

The 2008-09 cross country season comes to an end on Saturday with the big race from Lands End to John O’Groats 
. Thank you to everyone who took part this year. The women’s team did especially well, finishing second in their league, and the men had their best season ever, finishing seventh in the Premier League. (This is all made up.) We look forward to another fine showing for the 09-10 season.

Beckenham 10k Road Race

Our annual road race will be on Sunday 7th June this year. We will be needing plenty of marshalls again and hope to build on the success of last year’s race, which was a sell-out.
Sevenoaks 10k
