| A 'select' entry from Beckenham part this time, but good times when compared to last year - Eric knocked off 34 seconds, Steve Kemp 6 seconds, Loyal Webmaster 2 seconds, followed by beer and munchies at John's stylish shiny new flat. 238 runners took part. Quite nice weather if I remember right. Followed by drinks and a curry, for the serious runners.

Congratulations to Steve Kemp for being 1st V50 male, to Eric for being in the top 20 overall in an extremely competitive field of 161 finishers and to Cat for finishing 6th woman. The ladies team were 4th and the men's team 7th which are both improvements from last year. Results
