Park Run is a free timed 5k held every Saturday at 9am and all ages and abilities are welcome. It’s run on a measured courseand is completely run by volunteers. For more information click on the logo to go to their website. As well as races in Bromleys Norman Park, there are many other Park Runs including Greenwich and Crystal Palace. If you’re at a loose end and can’t run why not volunteer to help out.
Fetch is a free online running log, it lets you upload runs direct from your garmin, log races and pb’s and has loads of graphs. There’s also an online running community.
