Talking of which, another great turn out at the Southend 10k with 13 runners and at least 3 PBs in perfect running conditions. But anyone who has made use of the sessions will vouch for his patient encouragement and would agree that if you survived, and didnt end up in hospital, you got faster. Well done everyone at the croydon switchback last saturday, and Cat and Ken at Epsom 10 on Sunday. I understand Cat won a tenner! The same day Kate hammered home 45th out of 267 at her tri ( in shropshire? ). Kate was 2nd woman home on the run, and 11th women overall. Come on boys, the women are having getting all the glory. Nikki and Amy win first ladies at the Orpington 10k, the second year in a
row for BRC. Last year's winners were Mel, Annie and Gail and they tell me that
for this you get a "very big" trophy. Pictures are on their way ( of
