Old school results for the Assembly League Race 3 Victoria Park June 2010, yet another good turn out keeps both mens and ladies A teams in the top half, and all set for a late surge in the 2nd half of the series. Next race is Thursday 3rd July 2010 at 7:15pm at the Dome.

Assembly League April Results

Here are the Assembly League results for the first meeting which was held at Beckenham on Thursday 2nd April. Current standings after one race:
- Women’s team doing really well in 4th place
- Men’s “B” team in second place
- Men’s “A” team in fifth place
The next one is at 7pm on Thursday 7 May at The Dome/O2. It’s a fast and flat 5k course – ideal pb material and ITS FREE!
Assembly League

We got off to an encouraging start in the Assembly League. I’d like to think we can aim for a top 5 finish this year in the Men’s championship and a top 3 finish in the Women’s league. This target would exceed previous achievements in the Assembly league (certainly in this millenium) and should certainly be achievable if we get as good a turnout as last Thursday. The men’s second in the ‘B’ team also shows that the strength in depth is growing so this should keep the 1st team on their toes.
Pencil in the 7th May for the 5km (exactly) race around The Dome.
