Beginners sessions starting on Wednesday 10 July

Date: Wednesday evenings from 10 July
Time: 19:00 for approx. 1 hour
Location: Beckenham Cricket Club
Cost: £10 for 6 sessions

After popular demand we are once again hosting beginner sessions to help people who are new to running improve their speed and endurance, whether this is for a personal challenge, an upcoming race or to improve confidence to join our club for regular training and races.

The session will be customised around the ability levels of those on the night, but will typically involve warm up exercises, speed drills, endurance training and cool down stretches.

Please come to the club ready to run for a 19:00 start.
