Weekend round up
Weekend packed with great performances! Ken Fancett has once again taken ultra running to a whole new level by completing a 100 mile race (yes you read it correctly!). Donna Mewis and Ian McCarthy have both PB’d at Staplehurst 10k and Orpington 10k was also a success despite the hilly course.

Fambridge Yacht Haven Triathlon
Despite suffering two punctures Peter Baksh managed a 2nd place in his age group, 4th overall in the Fambridge Half Iron triathlon yesterday. Good work Pete!
