Another Cross Country race this Saturday. Some good performances by BRC leading to an impressive 12th place for the women and 7th place for the men. Well done everyone!
Ealing Half
Apart from Switchback a couple of longer distance hopefuls have sucessfully completed the Ealing Half. Stuart has not only PB’d in the distance but also broke the 90 minutes mark! Chris Minns, on the other hand, made the top 10. Well done both!

Tonbridge Half
In his preparation for the upcoming Frankfurt Marathon next month, Simon Harris was the only BRC representative in Tonbridge. It is a hilly course so 1h:28 shows he is definately on schedule for another PB in Frankfurt. Well done!

Will Bolton Relay 2013
Autumn started early this year, just in time for the Will Bolton relay hosted by Blackheath & Bromley at Sparrows Den. The conditions were more December than September – Drizzle, puddles and muddy bits!
