Beginners Running Course

If you’ve never run before, or want to start running again in the company of others then this could be for you.

We are pleased to announce another one of our beginners running courses, details as below, or you can down load a copy from here. Our experienced and very friendly runners will be on hand to guide you along and help you get going over an 8 week period starting on the 23 January.
